Sustaining breastfeeding and work!
Continuation of Lets Make it Work 1 project focusing on the importance of breastfeeding.
Breastfeeding seminar with our Resource Speaker PE Pink Johanna Mil Villegas - Guillarte, We Make Milk Founder, Magic 8 Mommies Member and Breastfeeding advocate, shares her knowledge and tips on how to properly breastfeed our babies and to make more milk supply, properly store and thaw for future use, and donate a collected stash. Lead by CP/PIP Mil Villegas, PP Johannes Pickrell, Rtn. Kevin Ortigas Guillarte, and PE Pink Guillarte.
Attended by majority of the RCMP members and PP Archie Cornista, PP Doc. Joseph Manapsal and PE Ritche Buenconsejo, our sister club from RC Las Pinas. Doctors and nurses from the municipality health centers of Pateros. Lastly, attended by District Officers and District Governor Yulo Prescy.

RC Taguig West at Pasima-Taloy Elementary School
Malasiqui, Pangasinan
The Bag of Hope project: Launched in RY 2015-2016 by the Rotary Club of Taguig West under the leadership of Pres Dimple Reyes, the project distributes bags with essential school supplies to Grade 1 pupils, aiming to ignite their excitement as they enter the school year. Now celebrating its 8th year, this initiative has benefited over a thousand public school children, fostering a love for learning and hoping to make their academic experience more enjoyable.
This year: 100 children received school bags, envelopes, school supplies, slippers, sanitation kits, snack bags, vitamins, and food.
Thank you so much to everyone who participated in this project! And a huge thanks to Rebisco for donating boxes of Whoopie Mallow Cake, Peach Mango Pop, and Krim Stix for the children!

With Rotary club of: Makati Zobel, Angono, Jose P. Rizal, Makati Premier, District Makati, Rosewood, Makati San Miguel, Rizal West, BGC E-club, Las Piñas, Alabang Centrepoint, Parañaque North.
National Children's Day Masikap Pateros

National children's day is a mandatory project of Rotary usually done during the month of July. Rotary club of metropolitan Pateros hosted another national children's day to focus more on the Pateros community. Held on July 8, 2023, at Masikap covered court, Brgy. Sta. Ana, Pateros, Metro Manila. Headed by our TGP Manuel "Jun" Alimpuyo. Congratulations!!! Kids enjoyed listening and learning with our storytelling by teacher/PP Merryl Villar and health and sanitation talk by our very own doctor/Rotarian Willie Buenaventura, followed by our fellowship through TikTok dance with the kids, magic show, and the kids' favorite—the unlimited served Pateros sorbetes. Kids also took home loot bags with a tumbler, alcohol, soap, hygiene kits, notebooks, wipes, towels, powder, and other goodies and food. Thank you to our dearest sponsors and all the people who made this event successful and memorable.
